Your Role:

We are currently looking for a skilled Property Manager to enhance our Property Management division. While our headquarters are located in West End, this position will oversee our Central North Brisbane portfolio, requiring office attendance just once a week, with parking available for office days. You will report to the Customer Care Manager and will benefit from a supportive property management team, allowing you to concentrate on building relationships and ensuring the success of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

As the ideal candidate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with key stakeholders effectively.
  • Fostering growth within the portfolio through exceptional service to Asset Owners.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Asset Owners, tenants, and other departments.
  • Overseeing all pertinent documentation, including leases and authorities.
  • Coordinating the creation of property management marketing materials.
  • Preparing monthly reports and offering insights on rent reviews, lease renewals, leasing, and tenant negotiations.
