Job Title: Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Property Network of Australia. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and compliance requirements of our properties are met.

About the Role:
  • Manage all planned and reactive facilities management across our property portfolio.
  • Ensure compliance with all Workplace Health & Safety and statutory regulations.
  • Assist with the management of capital works, fit-outs, and building projects.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of facilities to ensure best practices in sustainability.
  • Manage tenant communications related to ongoing maintenance and project work.
  • Manage budgets for operational and capital expenditures.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance the overall management and sustainability of our property portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Experience in facilities management, preferably within the retail or commercial sector.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and workplace safety requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to managing both routine and emergency situations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with contractors, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Ambitious, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives, including energy and water efficiency programs.
