Customer Relationship Specialist Job

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional service by identifying and responding to customers' financial needs.

In this role, you will work closely with the Branch Manager and a supportive team to:

  • Provide tailored banking solutions to meet customers' financial needs;
  • Be proactive in managing leads and identify referral opportunities to specialist teams;
  • Play a mentoring role by coaching and supporting Customer Service Officers to uplift capability and service delivery.

This is an opportunity for a confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping people. You should have previous experience in customer service, ideally within banking or financial services. Exposure to consumer lending is a plus.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Knowledge of consumer lending is desirable but not essential.
