**What are we looking for**:
City Venue Management is currently hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing Customer Connect Team, at our Brisbane office. As part of the Customer Connect Team you will ensure an excellent level of customer experience and employee engagement is maintained, all while helping develop and lead the team around you.
**What to expect**:
The Customer Connect Team is a small and effective team which are split between offices on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Providing phone and administrative support to our 32 aquatics and learn-to-swim venues across SE QLD; the Customer Connect Team support includes both inbound, service, and retention-based calls, and outbound sales calls. This role is both operational as well as analytical and strategic.
This role will be based at our Spring Hill Office. As we offer support 7 days a week to our venues, the role will operate on weekdays and on a rotating weekend day.
**Customer Connect Duties**:
- Excellent customer service skills, passionate about finding resolutions, building trust and providing exceptional experiences at every interaction
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be an organised self-starter and possess a strong attention to detail
- Complete administration, financial and customer care tasks
- Someone who brings fun and energy every day to our team and our customers
- Look for innovative ways to improve our current processes to ensure positive future outcomes
- Experience within hospitality, call centres and other fast paced customer service environments is desirable but not necessary for success.
