Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support services, ensuring a premium consumer experience and driving business growth.
  • Contribute to operational activities through exceptional customer service, including greeting clients and maintaining a welcoming reception.
  • Schedule appointments, organise events, functions, workshops, and meetings when required.
  • Maintenance, storage & distribution of consumables and stationary.
  • Support with Kitchen duties.
  • Ensure the building is secure including maintaining a visitor's register.
  • Prepare reports and other documentation using Microsoft Office and/or other business software.
  • Support our retail stores with the production of tickets and sundry administration needs.
  • Liaise with external providers and suppliers.
  • Build, maintain and facilitate Rag Sales including tasks such as: Achieving Sales Targets, Initiating New client leads, Managing call lists, Taking customer orders, Managing accounts receivable accounts.
