- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless claim processing and resolution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively.
- Experience in administration, with a high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with case or portfolio management is an asset.
