Project Manager Role

This is a challenging position for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, estimating, and cost control.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines, costs, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine material and labor needs.
  • Solicit quotes from subcontractors and vendors to obtain the best possible prices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to team members and stakeholders.
  • Participate in site meetings and inspections to identify potential issues.
Requirements
  • Mid-Senior level experience in construction project management.
  • Familiarity with commercial construction methods and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
