Job Summary

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead the successful completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact project timelines or budgets.

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project information, including meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire project teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.

  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
