Occupational Therapy Leadership Role in Newcastle NSW

We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our team in Newcastle, NSW.
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing a small clinical caseload, mentoring and supervising junior therapists, and developing resources to support best practice.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2+ years' experience as an OT
- NDIS experience preferred but not essential
- A passion for high-quality OT service delivery
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to work autonomously
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of team resources and support the growth and development of junior therapists.
