Occupational Therapy Leadership Role in Newcastle NSW

MediRecruit is proud to partner with a leading allied health business to find an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic team in Newcastle, NSW.
Job SummaryThis rewarding opportunity involves working as part of a close-knit team, providing high-quality services to clients of all ages and disabilities. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will have the chance to mentor and supervise junior therapists, while also developing team resources to support best practice.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 and $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive novated leasing and salary sacrificing options, a professional development budget, paid study leave, bonuses for tenure and effort, five weeks' annual leave, and generous paid parental leave.
About You- You hold a relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy and are registered with AHPRA.
- You have a minimum of two years' experience as an OT, with NDIS experience preferred but not essential.
- You possess excellent communication and report writing skills, as well as strong organisational abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
- You are highly organised and efficient, with the ability to direct quality improvement projects and supervise junior therapists.
