Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our PMO team as a Digital Project Governance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality project governance, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather data from various sources, including project managers, business unit leads and team members
  • Input data into established templates, cleanse and validate data to ensure accuracy
  • Produce reports and issue reports as requested
  • Make adjustments to reports as needed
  • Act as a weekly report backup resource
  • Assist with formatting and checking data inputs in reports
  • Support contract administration and manage the change control process
  • Monitor and advise on project finances
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications
  • Stakeholder management, understanding client key requirements and communicating/reporting accordingly
  • Establish effective project governance processes and systems
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Well-organised, strong attention to detail, and a drive to get things done
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle concurrent activities while under pressure
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a high-performance culture with a strong desire to work at pace
  • Strong analytical, statistical and modelling skills
  • Able to anticipate change and proactively identify opportunities
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in program or multi-disciplined environment
  • Understanding of PMO structures and how they fit within an organisation
  • Good understanding of store operations
  • Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages
  • Stakeholder management, understanding client key requirements and communicating/reporting accordingly
  • Managing the tender process and producing tender recommendations
  • Proven experience working within a client-focused environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of regulatory, governance and community requirements
