Turner & Townsend: A Leader in Project Management

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Governance Lead to support our Clients PMO team across multiple programs and deliver Digital Reports and support the PMO Lead.

About the Role
  • Gather data from various sources, including project managers, business unit leads, and team members.
  • Input data into established templates, cleanse it to ensure accuracy, and extract relevant information.
  • Produce requested reports and issue reports, making adjustments as needed.
  • Act as a weekly report backup resource and assist with formatting and checking data inputs.
  • Manage contract support resources, receive contract-specific information, and input it into predefined templates.
  • Oversee the change control process, monitor project finances, and manage the flow of project information between teams and clients.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, understand client requirements, and communicate/report accordingly.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and drive to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle concurrent activities under pressure.
  • Intermediate proficiency with key office software (Google or Microsoft).
  • Able to work in a high-performance culture, with a strong desire to work at pace.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and modelling skills.
  • Able to anticipate change and identify opportunities.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in program or multi-disciplined environments.
  • Familiarity with PMO structures and their role within an organisation.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
