Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Governance Specialist to join our team at Turner & Townsend. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a key role in supporting our Clients PMO team across multiple programs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering data from various input sources, including project managers, business unit leads, and IT teams. They will then input this data into established templates, cleanse it to ensure accuracy, and produce requested reports and issue reports.

This role requires strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and handle concurrent activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a program or multi-disciplined environment and a good understanding of PMO structures and their place within an organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering data from project managers, business unit leads, and IT teams
  • Inputting data into established templates and cleansing it for accuracy
  • Producing requested reports and issue reports
  • Managing the change control process
  • Monitoring and advising on project finances
  • Managing project information flow between the team and client through regular meetings and written communications
Requirements
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and a drive to get things done
  • Good communicator with both written and verbal skills
  • Ability to handle concurrent activities while under pressure
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in key office suite software (Google or Microsoft)
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills
  • Able to anticipate change and proactively identify opportunities
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a program or multi-disciplined environment
  • Understanding of PMO structures and their place within an organization
