Marketing Professional - Opportunity for Growth

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team in delivering innovative project marketing strategies and practices that support the delivery of our project vision and outcomes.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for project marketing, end-to-end campaign management, digital marketing execution, social media community management, event management, and public relations. Your role will also involve managing the marketing budget, tracking campaign performance, and preparing performance analysis reports.

Our ideal candidate will have previous property marketing experience from a developer, project marketer, or marketing agency. Prior experience in greenfield land/masterplanned communities is an advantage. A tertiary qualification in Marketing, PR, Advertising, or similar is required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Previous property marketing experience with a focus on project marketing

- Experience in digital marketing, including campaign management and social media community management

- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to rework technical content for a wider audience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to track campaign performance and prepare performance analysis reports
