About the Role
As a Site Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating all shutdown work and leading a team of skilled and trained personnel. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all shutdown/site work as required
- Ensure that all work meets or exceeds client quality requirements and is completed on time and on budget
- Develop and maintain a skilled team of personnel to achieve our outputs
- Responsible for the final inspection of all site work
- Proactively manage site budgets, materials, and report any variances to Management
- Ensure Safety, Environmental, and Quality compliance
- Produce Manufacturer's Data Reports (MDRs) and other supporting materials as required
- Actively seek out ideas for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 2 years previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the resourcing sector
- MSIC Card or a clearance to obtain an MSIC Card
- Broad experience within the Iron Ore Industry
- Solid understanding of conveyor systems (pulley change outs, bearing replacements, and alignments)
- Relevant Australian recognized trade qualification
