This role entails delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and email.
- Handle incoming inquiries/requests from clients via phone and email.
- Modify, change, or cancel existing reservations as per client requirements.
- Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrange special requests.
- Act as a liaison between guests and hotels to resolve any complaints or issues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent English & Japanese language skills (Native/JLPT N1 or N2 speakers), be self-motivated and customer-focused, and willing to work on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive customer service and support via phone and email.
- Handle pre and post reservation inquiries/requests from clients.
- Modify, change, or cancel existing reservations according to client needs.
- Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrange special requests.
- Act as a liaison between guests and hotels to resolve any complaints or issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
