Job Overview

The Graduate Network Engineer is an integral part of our team, responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining technical engineering solutions. This role requires close collaboration with experienced engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to contribute to the development of innovative network designs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain advanced technical engineering designs that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and support solution deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Implement customer solutions with guidance and transition them to Business as Usual (BAU), promoting efficient operation and minimizing downtime.
  • Participate in structured training programs, including:
    • Networking fundamentals, emphasizing industry-standard protocols and best practices.
    • Industry certifications in Routing & Switching, Wireless, Security Firewall, and other relevant areas.
    • Network security, LAN/WAN, and data center networking concepts, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of complex networks.
    • Soft skill development for professional growth, focusing on communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Work collaboratively with others in a dynamic team environment, fostering open communication and mutual respect.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, embracing challenges and opportunities for growth.

Requirements
  • Recent graduate or career-transitioning professional with a keen interest in networking and IT infrastructure, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and supportive team environment, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Must hold a Baseline security clearance or be an Australian Citizen eligible to obtain Baseline clearance, ensuring adherence to security protocols and regulations.
