Job Title: Network Professional

This role is a vital frontline position in delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Network Professional, you will engage with diverse audiences and navigate various scenarios where quick thinking and assertiveness are essential. The position involves revenue protection, transport information, and fostering passenger and driver safety.

  • Provide high-quality customer service and assistance to passengers travelling on local services and the broader transportation network
  • Educate customers about ticketing products and the transportation network
  • Participate in community outreach programs or activities
  • Verify that customers have paid for the service
  • Issue Penalty Infringement and Warning Notices
  • Enhance passenger and driver safety by maintaining a visible presence onboard bus services
  • Complete daily reports on activities and incidents

We seek applicants with excellent communication skills, ability to remain calm in tense situations, conflict resolution skills, teamwork, well-presented, polite and courteous, assertive and able to ask questions, ability to follow set procedures and policies, ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to write reports.

Candidates shortlisted will be required to pass medical and psychological pre-employment testing and police background checks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and a proven track record of working effectively in a team environment.
