  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer network topologies and application stacks to identify opportunities for high-value data acquisition\
  • Profile industry-specific applications across verticals to create technical assets and collateral that support product improvement and marketing efforts\
  • Investigate and resolve high-profile technology problems, providing expert advice to customers\
  • Design and implement customized data analysis solutions to monitor changing technical and business conditions in real-time\
  • Develop rich data visualizations to aid tactical investigations and strategic objectives\
  • Create automated tools to streamline repeatable processes and maximize time spent building intelligent solutions\
  • Deliver hands-on learning sessions with key customer personnel\
\\Required Qualifications:\
  • \
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience\
  • BS degree or equivalent\
  • Proven ability to work effectively in customer-facing roles, with excellent interpersonal skills\
  • Strong understanding of core networking principles (OSI layers 2-4) and application protocols (HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, DNS)\
  • Familiarity with internet-based applications and related technologies (HTTP, databases, caching, distributed systems)\
  • Demonstrated independence, motivation, and desire for practice ownership\
