Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in the civil construction industry and a strong understanding of safety, quality, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with our management team, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant legislations, regulations, and standards.
  • Coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Investigate and report on incidents, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement processes and quality management systems.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to our operations team, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Relevant trade certificate, engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a project management role within the civil construction industry.
  • Practical and manual skills in all construction fields.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A strong commitment to safety and a positive attitude towards yours and others' well-being.
