About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Sugaringla. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our restoration and reconstruction efforts in the aftermath of disasters such as fires, floods, and storms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the renovation process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, staff, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance and support to project teams.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring that projects are financially viable and profitable.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in project management, restoration, and reconstruction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality.
