  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management
  • Minimum 10 years of direct project management experience, with a focus on EPC or EPCm projects in the energy sector
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Asana
