About This Opportunity

You will be responsible for crafting and communicating a cohesive long-term design vision. This work will guide our teams towards the creation of beautiful new products.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Design and Product Leaders to set the design vision and direction for a portfolio or initiative, raising the visual and interaction design quality and getting teams working in a way that makes great products.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to continually evolve and grow our design practice, processes, and capabilities to support the delivery of world-class product design solutions.
  • Influence, challenge, and enable teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.

The Skills You'll Bring

  • A portfolio that demonstrates consistently high-quality design outcomes, contributing to user experience and business value.
  • A clear communication style, empathetic to a variety of audiences from senior stakeholders to contributing product team members, with rich storytelling from beginning to end.
  • Experience leading other designers working on complex software.
  • Experience building and iterating on a product based on usage patterns, user feedback, and an evolving strategic landscape.
  • Experience in building foundational relationships both with cross-discipline peers, stakeholders, and design teammates.
