Contract Management Expertise

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to oversee construction contracts, manage budgets and track expenditures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and oversee construction contracts, managing budgets and tracking expenditures.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior CA role.
  • Proven expertise in contract management, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.
