A key member of our project delivery team, the Senior Contracts Administrator will be responsible for overseeing construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial plans, track expenses, and prepare reports.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to manage expectations and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Prepare detailed records including variations and contract correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of construction experience.
  • Strong background on large-scale projects.
  • Proven leadership in contract management, budget oversight, and negotiations.
