Senior Contracts Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to oversee construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project goals and budget management. They will be responsible for preparing detailed records, assisting with tender processes, and collaborating with delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve disputes and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain detailed records, including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a Senior CA role.
  • Strong background on large-scale mid-tier commercial & residential projects.
  • Proven leadership in contract management, budget oversight, and subcontractor negotiations.
Desirable Qualities
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and construction management software.
