Lead External Security Vetting Operations

As a seasoned leader, you will spearhead high-performing teams and oversee complex personal security clearance processes across various levels of security.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for leading external security vetting operations and ensuring compliance with Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and industry best practices.
- Your expertise will be invaluable in conducting thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs), guaranteeing alignment with standard procedures and PSPF.
- You will collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders and senior team members to deliver efficient caseload management and execution.
- Extensive experience in vetting processes within government or similar environments.
- Leadership experience with a drive to mentor and lead a team of enthusiastic security analysts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to scrutinize extensive data to identify potential security risks.
- Commitment to upholding high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation.
- Is well-versed in Government or similar environments' vetting protocols.
- Has demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and leading security analysts.
- Can effectively analyze and mitigate potential security risks.
