Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Vetting Manager to lead our team in handling complex personal security clearance processes.

This role involves supervising a high-performing team of analysts who assess clearance cases and leverage experience in vetting to build capability.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail and the ability to manage complex processes, ensuring meticulous processing of clearances, conducting thorough Quality Assurance checks, effectively managing caseload and execution, and coaching, mentoring, and counselling team members.

To be considered for this role, you must have extensive vetting experience in Government or similar high-security environments, including conducting face-to-face interviews as required by the clearance type.

A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 is required, with opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as needed. Ideally, you'll also have leadership skills, attention to detail, and quality assurance commitment.

  • Process security clearances strictly adhering to PSPF and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks ensuring alignment with standard procedures and the PSPF.
