Inspiring Early Childhood Educators for Sydney Campuses

As a full-time Diploma qualified Room Leader, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly, supportive, and fun teams in one of our Sydney campuses. With an annual salary of $68,000 + Super, depending on qualifications and experience, this role offers a competitive compensation package.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education, development, and care to the children in our campus while delivering exceptional customer experiences and partnerships with families. Key accountabilities include:
- Ensuring child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment that promotes children's physical and emotional well-being.
- Developing and implementing engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
- Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also be involved in mentoring a team of educators, planning and programming with support from our Grow Curriculum, and maintaining ongoing records of children's development.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organisation (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications), minimum two years full-time relevant work experience, and a genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development. You should also be a creative, supportive, and cooperative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
