Program Scheduler Role

We are seeking a skilled Program Scheduler to join our team and provide expert scheduling expertise to support the delivery of construction programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for utilising contemporary scheduling systems to develop, review and administer schedules to coordinate construction and delivery of multiple projects/programs. This includes schedules and plans for current and future pipeline projects in accordance with critical resourcing and time constraints.

  • Develop detailed schedules that support the delivery of programs in collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Maintain project / program of work status dashboards to provide accurate reporting on construction programs and resource utilisation.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive consistency of the project / programs of work scheduling approach.
  2. Facilitating accuracy in project execution and reporting.
  3. Consulting and coordinating with delivery teams to develop and regularly update detailed schedules to plan and resolve resourcing issues.
