Role Summary

We are seeking two Project Coordinators to join a team responsible for managing projects across the region. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage meetings, facilitate communication, coordinate activities, minute taking and following up on actions / decisions.
  • Risk Mitigation: Work with the project team to develop risk & issue mitigation strategies.
  • Tender and Procurement: Coordinate tender and procurement processes.
  • Document Control: Manage the document control and review process - drafting and updating project management plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and analyse project documentation to identify issues, risks and learnings for inclusion in registers, databases, and reporting systems.
  • Project Health Checks: Assist the Project Manager with project health checks.
  • Project Support: Oversee work undertaken by Project Support Administrators to ensure project support is provided in an efficient and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a Project Advisor, Project Coordinator or Senior Project Officer role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office suite.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management.
  • Criminal History Check: Ability to pass a Criminal History Check.

Benefits:

  • Long-term Contract: A long term 3-year initial contract until September 2028.
  • Salary: $72.96 per Hour + Superannuation.
  • Work-life Balance: Full time hours (38 hrs/week between 7am and 6pm Mon-Fri).
  • Pay Cycle: Weekly pay cycle.
