Program Scheduler Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's ambition to strengthen the building and construction industry by providing program scheduling expertise.

As a Program Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating construction and delivery of multiple projects/programs, developing detailed schedules that support the delivery of programs in collaboration with the delivery teams, and maintaining a project / program of work status dashboard to provide detailed and accurate reporting on construction programs and resource utilization.

  • You will utilise contemporary scheduling systems to develop, review and administer schedules to coordinate construction and delivery of multiple projects/programs.
  • You will collaborate with other stakeholders as required to schedule apprentices to appropriate projects/maintenance tasks to ensure training competencies are achieved.
  • You will develop and maintain detailed schedules that support the delivery of programs in collaboration with the delivery teams.
  • You will consult and coordinate with delivery teams and other stakeholders as required to develop and regularly update detailed schedules to plan and resolve resourcing issues and escalating issues where required to management teams.
