**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Leader to oversee complex projects in remote locations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety, quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role

  • Plan and organise plant, labour and materials for the project, ensuring efficient design and implementation of formwork systems.
  • Oversee and monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of OH&S regulations and ensure compliance on-site.
  • Keep detailed daily records of site activities and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage quality control processes and ensure all work meets specifications.
  • Assist in coordinating multiple teams across different projects as needed.
  • Act as a proactive problem solver with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

About You

  • Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor, particularly in FRP projects, with significant expertise in formwork design and systems.
  • Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong background in concrete, steel fixing, formwork and earthworks, with hands-on experience in managing and overseeing formwork installation and operations.
  • Proficient in implementing quality control measures.
  • Able to plan, manage and prioritise daily tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
