We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supervisor to support minor works projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in estimating, with high proficiency in computer-based estimating software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and timely estimates, quotations, material lists, and construction programs
  • Prepare tender documentation ensuring compliance with departmental and industry standards
  • Work collaboratively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements
  • Maintain a healthy and safe work environment, adhering to HR practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, and workplace health and safety standards

The successful candidate will be able to produce high-quality tenders and quotations for minor works projects, while also maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service. Requirements
  • Solid building and construction trade background
