We are seeking a highly skilled Training Programme Organiser to join our team. Our mission is to create a safer environment for everyone.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position responsible for coordinating and scheduling training sessions, including logistics and resources planning.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive training calendars and schedules to meet organisational requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding training needs and inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training opportunities and develop targeted programmes.

To be successful, you will require:

  • Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR) status.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with clients in a corporate environment, preferably in fire-safety solutions.
