Compliance and Training Manager

Job Description:

The Compliance and Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), ensuring all training programs meet industry benchmarks and regulatory requirements while supporting organisational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage training delivery, maintain compliance with ASQA and VET standards, expand course offerings, lead a team of educators, and foster strong client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Drive revenue growth by securing new opportunities in healthcare, patient transport, and training, building strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and aged care providers, and positioning the organisation as the preferred provider of transport and training solutions.
  • Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and expand services, retain and grow existing business through renewals and strong client engagement, and report on revenue, business development activity, and competitor insights.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention, deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and strengthen partnerships, and use client feedback and market insights to improve services.
  • Lead preparation of tenders, proposals, and presentations, work with operations and finance to deliver accurate, competitive submissions, and stay current with tender processes and funding requirements.
