Job Description

We are seeking an experienced program delivery professional to lead the successful delivery of digital projects.

This role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong track record in managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and effective change management.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, promoting professional growth and encouraging a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Manage resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilisation and balancing workloads.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues across all projects, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring team members understand and manage risks effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or demonstrable relevant experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing digital programs or projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and proficiency in using project management tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing multiple, complex digital projects from inception through to completion.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance project team.
