  • Promote Quality: Ensure deliverables consistently meet high standards, driving technical discipline and quality practices.
About You:

You'll bring demonstrated experience as a Senior Scrum Master or agile leader, together with digital product delivery. Proven expertise in Agile coaching and driving impactful results will be essential in this role. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools is also required, along with Oil and gas industry experience.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 6+ years demonstrated experience as a Senior Scrum Master or equivalent agile role.
  • ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe, or similar certifications.
  • Strong understanding of Product Management, including strategy and human-centered design.
  • Experience with performance development, team coaching, or leading high-performance teams.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
