**Job Opportunity:** Assistant Director, Digital Program Delivery

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our digital program delivery initiatives. As the Assistant Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success and fostering a high-performing team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and manage project risks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential for engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the Digital Program Delivery team, promoting collaboration and innovation.
  • Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring timely completion, within scope, and on budget.
  • Support project teams and coordinate efforts to achieve project objectives, aligning with our digital strategy and strategic priorities.
  • Act as a change advocate, effectively communicating with stakeholders and ensuring readiness for new systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing digital programs or projects, including leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
