About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team at Bras N Things Macquarie Centre Store.
This is a full-time position working 38 hours/week across a Tuesday-Saturday roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on sales and customer service targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized, with a focus on creating an engaging customer experience.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and stock levels.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve sales and customer service targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales and customer service achievement.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and achieving targets.
