Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Spotlight Retail Group (SRG). As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective store layouts, visual merchandising, and inventory management strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Manage store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and security.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a big-box or large-format volume retailer.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage budgets and P&Ls.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High volume stock management skills and experience with inventory management systems.
