About the Role

As a Store Manager with the Spotlight Retail Group (SRG), you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our stores. With a strong focus on business acumen and leadership, you will be empowered to make decisions that drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and drive company-wide initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
