Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive team growth through objective setting, performance monitoring, coaching, and recruitment.
  • Manage resources and operations to ensure accurate forecasting, scheduling, and adherence to Active Operations Management principles.
  • Build and maintain key internal and external partnerships, drive process improvements, and ensure effective incident management and service level agreements.
  • Oversee financial, regulatory, and compliance controls, maintain audit standards, and contribute to process improvements and risk management strategies.
