Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our global data team as a Data and Client Delivery Specialist. This role will be responsible for leading client service delivery business analysis on client projects, managing complex new and existing business implementations, and migrating clients to Northern Trust Derivatives platforms.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of derivative products, including ETD, OTC Regulatory reporting, and Collateral. They will also possess excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and colleagues across the lines of business.

This is a fast-paced and highly flexible role that requires adaptability to change. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of derivatives terminology and basic data management concepts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Maintain documentation of key systems and conceptual data architecture and data models.
  • Understand key products and services within Derivative portfolios.
  • Understand key business processes and events within major lines of business.
  • Manage overall Derivative data lifecycle.
  • Work with agile teams to recommend best approach regarding Data development, data quality, and data distribution.
  • Identify and maintain documentation for functional and technical data quality standards and rules.
  • Identify data quality issues; data remediation processes, and exception handling procedures.
