About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Commercial Applications Product Lead to drive the performance and stability of our eCommerce platforms. As a key member of our team, you'll focus on Salesforce and SAP Commerce Cloud, ensuring seamless integration, optimal functionality, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical oversight and operational support for our eCommerce applications, ensuring high availability and compliance with internal policies and standards.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and operational stability.
  • Oversee the performance of vendor-delivered services, serving as a 24x7 escalation point and fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure our software landscape is current, secure, and optimally patched, managing technical changes and capacity planning to support business growth.
  • Contribute to technical discussions on design, development standards, and solution architecture, promoting best practices and seamless project delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, business stakeholders, and IT teams, maintaining consistent technical standards.

About You

  • Hold an ITIL Foundations Certificate and possess extensive experience with Salesforce and/or SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Bring 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a Technical Lead within Salesforce or SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris, preferably in an FMCG or retail environment.
  • Achieve Agile/DevOps knowledge is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience supporting 24x7 high-availability environments, including vendor and SLA management for mission-critical applications, without requiring on-call availability.
  • Excel in written and verbal communication, conveying complex technical insights clearly.
  • Familiarity with CD/CI environments and strong prioritization, reporting, and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to foster cross-functional collaborations and drive a cohesive operational cadence across global teams.
