The Organisation
Work in a reputable service providing before and after school care for students from Prep to Year 6.
Your new role
As the Outside of School Hours Care Director of Service, oversee daily operations, program administration, rostering, supervising and assisting staff.
Maintain and update the service Quality Improvement Plan, ensuring compliance and preparedness for Assessment and Rating.
Develop your leadership skills to motivate and grow your team, building positive relationships with the school, families and children.
Experience and Qualifications
The successful applicant will have previous experience as an OSHC Director of Service, demonstrating the ability to deliver a safe and engaging program for primary aged children.
Requirements include a Diploma in Children's Services or relevant qualification, first aid qualifications, and a valid Working With Children Check.
