Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Childcare Room Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting staff, students, and volunteers to provide a positive and safe learning environment for children.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Developing the Children's Program, reflecting the Early Years Learning Framework guidelines
  • - Maintaining compliance with the OH&S Policy, ensuring a safe environment for children and staff
  • - Promoting positive parent, centre, and staff relationships

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • - Qualified in Early Childhood Education
  • - Previous experience as a Room leader in a childcare setting
  • - Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
