Requirements:
  • Previously held a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) of at least $1m in a Residential Loan Approval setting.
  • Excellent coordination collaboration and communication skills to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian lending practices including policy, valuations, mortgage insurance, procedures, and Australian banking regulatory requirements.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical analysis aptitude.
  • Recent localised experience in the finance industry in residential mortgages assessment.
