This organisation is dedicated to helping clients achieve key life milestones through tailored lending solutions and is now seeking a passionate Mortgage Broker to join its expanding team.

Your New RoleAs a Mortgage Broker, you'll take full ownership of your sales pipeline, guiding clients from initial lead through to post-settlement. You'll deliver high-quality lending solutions, exceed monthly settlement targets, and build strong relationships with both clients and stakeholders. Your expertise in commercial and residential lending will be key to helping clients navigate complex financial decisions with confidence.

What You'll Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • A Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or equivalent)
  • 3+ years' experience in mortgage broking, with a focus on commercial and residential lending
  • Proven ability to interpret financial statements, tax returns, and company financials
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with loan variations, discharge applications, and compliance
  • Knowledge of lending, housing market trends, and regulatory changes
