We develop differentiated services for our clients and embed digital as a firm-wide competency. Our Labs designs, develops, and manages digital platforms, products, and solutions, focusing on software development, product management, and data science.

The Opportunity

This role focuses on the technical product management of client-facing platforms and solutions that drive efficiencies in business operations and legal service delivery.

You will report to the Associate Director of Digital Products and collaborate with our team across Australia and the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Define vision and strategy for products and platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage product development lifecycle.
  • Measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver value.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in product development or management roles in a law firm or adjacent industry.
  • Experience managing projects with planning, execution, and delivery; understanding of digital product development, agile processes, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience conducting market research, analyzing data, and understanding customer needs.
  • Experience leading or working with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and adaptability to changing priorities.
